Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage their medications. According to an investigation, beginning on or about April 24, 2024, the facility failed to implement medicaitons changes as ordered, placing the AV at risk. The facility failed to administer the AV’s medication as ordered is a violation of resident’s rights, is neglect of care, and constitutes abuse.
