Findings
On or about June 22, 2024, the Alleged Victim (AV) was upset about not having his/her medications. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) yelled at AV in front of peers and other staff members, causing verbal and emotional abuse. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute verbal abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
