Findings
The facility failed to order Alleged Victim's (AV) medication in time, resulting in AV not getting doses of medication as prescribed to treat AV's history of seizures and a chronic condition. The facility failed to have a supply of medication in stock sufficient to allow for the administration of AV's medication according to medical orders. According to documentation, AV experienced no negative outcome. The Facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
