Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is scheduled to receive medication for chronic pain syndrome three times per day. AV did not receive his/her medication between July 1, 2024 and July 8, 2024, due to the medication not being ordered timely. The facility failed to monitor AV for side effects from the missed medication. The facility's failure to have medication available for AV caused AV unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
