Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care and to administer his/her medications. According to an investigation, on or about July 16, 2024, AV did not receive bathing assistance as scheduled, peri-care as needed and assistance with being turned in bed every two hours. Over a period of at least eight days, AV did not receive narcotic pain medication as ordered, resulting in AV experiencing continued pain and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide appropriate care and failed to administer medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
