AP1 neglected AV as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(i) by failing to ensure that care staff administer AV's medications as prescribed, and failing to ensure AV's blood sugar disorder medications were ordered timely resulting in AV missing doses of blood sugar disorder medications and being hospitalized for blood sugar crisis, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
