Findings
On or about July 31, 2024, the Alleged Victim (AV) reported he/she was missing money, jewelry and a bowl from his/her apartment. The items were taken by and unknown person, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2). AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
