Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. According to an investigation, an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took money and clippers from AV's room. AP2's actions are considered neglect and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
