AP1 neglected AV as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(i) by failing to maintain a supply of AV's blood sugar disorder medication timely resulting in AV missing several doses of medication and experiencing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
