AP1 neglected AV as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(ii) by failing to maintaining an available supply of AV's blood sugar disorder medication administration supplies resulting in AV missing a dose of blood sugar medication putting AV at a risk of serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
