Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) receives his/her medication from facility staff, who is responsible to ensure medication is available. On or about February 17, 2025, AV's chronic pain medication ran out and AV did not receive his/her pain medication as ordered for 6 doses, causing AV unreasonable discomfort. Respondent failed to ensure AV's medication was re-ordered to ensure continuity of medication administration. This constitutes abuse by neglect, as outlined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(i).
