Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) was actively passing away. AV's physician ordered pain medication for AV on March 11, 2025. The facility received the medication on the evening of March 11, 2025, however, the facility did not administer this pain mediation until March 13, 2025, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to administer medication as ordered is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
