Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is to receive as needed medication when he/she does not have a bowel movement for two days. On or about March 12, 2025, through a medication audit, it was discovered that AV did not have a bowel movement from March 4, 2025 to March 8, 2025, causing unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to follow AV's care plan is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
