Findings
On or about March 13, 2025, Alleged Perpetrator #2 was overheard by staff yelling and using profanity at the Alleged Victim (AV). AV was to have surgery the next day, and was not to have food after midnight. AV asked for food and AP2 denied AV food, even though it wasn't midnight yet, and AV still had a couple of hours to eat something. AP2 advised AV he/she could have water and crackers and offered nothing else. AP2 was also seen and heard on video yelling at AV and using profanity, telling AV to shut up and go back to his/ her room. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute verbal abuse and neglect.
