Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure The Alleged Victim’s (AV) medications were administered as ordered. Based on facility documentation and interviews, the facility failed to correctly administer AV's diabetic medication for a prolonged period. There was no negative outcome to AV. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration for AV is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
