Alleged Victim (AV) lived at Respondent’s facility. On or about May 29, 2025, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) accepted groceries purchased by AV. AP2's action of accepting items from AV is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
