The Alleged Victim (AV) had money go missing from his/her room. The money was taken by Alleged Perpetrator #2, (AP2, unknown) and this person is responsible for theft, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from theft, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
