The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for their care. According to an investigation, on or about, June 29, 2025, an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took AV's iPad. The facility failed to protect a resident from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
