Findings
The facility allegedly failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial exploitation. According to an investigation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) did not follow the facility's policy regarding acceptance of money or gifts from residents and accepted money from AV. The failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules. The actions of AP2 are a violation of resident rights, considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse.
