Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned for catheter care. According to an investigation, on multiple occasions, AV’s catheter was not emptied as care planned, placing AV at risk of harm. The facility failed to follow the care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
