Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) requires medication assistance, including medication administration, per AV’s service plan. AV was prescribed antibiotics on or about October 4, 2025, with a start date of October 5, 2025, which was to be taken four (4) times a day for seven (7) days. On or about October 11, 2025, six (6) antibiotic pills were remaining despite being the last day of the prescription. Respondent failed to administer prescribed medication, and to ensure the safety of AV. This constitutes abuse by neglect, as outlined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(i).
