Findings
On or about October 30, 2025, and October 31, 2025, Alleged Victim (AV) missed his/her scheduled dose of blood pressure medication due to medication not being ordered in a timely manner. AV did have high blood pressure on October 31, 2025; however, there were no long-term effects to AV for missing two doses of blood pressure medication. Although AV did not suffer af negative outcome as a result of not receiving his/her medication as ordered, the facility did fail to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
