Findings
The facility allegedly failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial exploitation. An investigation determined that unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) has financially exploited AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a failure of Oregon Administrative Rules.
