Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to protect them from financial abuse. According to an investigation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) accepted money from AV to purchase an item for AV. AP2 lost AV's money and did not report this incident to the facility. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rule. AP's actions are a violation of resident rights, considered financial abuse and constitutes abuse.
