Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to provide a home-like environment that is safe. According to an investigation AV had placed cash about $150.00 in their coin purse and then discovered that the money was missing from the coin purse, which was in their room. An unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was determined to have taken AV's money, which is financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rule.
