- The Alleged Victim (A) relies on the facility to protect them from financial exploitation. AV reported to the facility on 02/20/26 that AV was missing $40.00 from AV's wallet. The facility is aware of several concerns of theft from other residents but have no viable suspects. Unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) has been determined to have taken AV's money, which is a violation of residents' rights and is financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rule.
