AP verbally and emotionally abused AV as defined in OAR 4110200002(1)(d)(A)(i)(ii) by threatening or causing significant emotional harm through use of verbal assaults, ridicule, threats, intimidation, humiliation, and mental cruelty. During the same incident, AP physically abused AV as defined by OAR 4110200002(1)(a)(A)(i) by using physical force that may result in bodily injury, physical pain or impairment.
