Findings
The facility failed to provide delegation and teaching documented by an RN in accordance with OAR 411-054-0045(1)(f)(B); per complainant, the nurse delegated staff to all residents by observing them administering insulin to one resident and the nurse walked staff through administration verbally, but did not actually see staff administer the medications, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
