Findings
The facility failed to ensure delegation and teaching was provided and documented by a RN in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules adopted by the Oregon State Board of Nursing in accordance with OAR 411-054-0045(1)(f)(B); per a complaint the nurse does not observe med techs perform the delegated task prior to renewing staff delegations, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
