Findings
CP for G tags 260, 270 and 280 regarding RV3 & RV6.RV3 developed two Stage II presure wounds and increased care needs. No evaluation, service plan update or RN assessment completed after RV3 returned from hospital due to fractured hip and indwelling urinary cathete. RV6 experienced chronic head wound that worsened; became infected, required antibotic treatment and weekly doctor appointments.
