Findings
Verbal/Emotional Abuse AP verbally and emotionally abused AV as defined in OAR 4110200002(1)(d)(A)(i) by using profanity in conversation with the AV, then later intimidated him/her by bringing another employee into the AVs room to have him/her admit, in front of the witness, that the conversation never happened. This resulted in significant emotional harm to AV.
