Findings
The facility failed to assess and intervene, resulting in RV going without dialysis for a week and not receiving treatment for a UTI diagnosed on 05/11/17.RV suffered abdominal pain, nausea, weakness, and confusion, ultimately being transported to the ER on 05/16/17 where RV was diagnosed with Hypokalemia.
