- Failure to provide the residents written notice 60 days prior to beginning any nonemergent remodel that shall displace the residents as required by OAR 4110540010 (9)(B)(iiii). The notice must include: (i) Where the residents shall be moved; (ii) The approximate length of time of the remodel; and (iii) Assurance that the residents shall be able to return to their own rooms when the remodel is completed, if the residents choose to do so.
