- The facility failed to provide three daily nutritious, palatable meals. Residents are served fish that is still frozen, meatballs that were burnt and inedible, or steak that is so tough it is not edible. Residents are hungry and not being fed appropriate amounts of food, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
