Findings
On or about May 08, 2024, Staff 1, stated Staff 7 was discovered sitting in Resident 5's recliner chair using his/her cell phone, while Resident 5 was sleeping. Record review of a Corrective Action Form, dated April 19, 2024, confirmed Staff 7 sat in Residents 5's recliner during his/her shift. It was determined the facility failed to implement a resident's right to be treated with dignity and respect.
