Findings
According to documentation, on or about March 25, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was verbally abusive toward the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 admitted to the inappropriate verbal comment and is responsible for abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from verbal/emotional abuse which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
