Findings
On or about March 14, 2021, the facility failed to follow Alleged Victim's (AV) doctor's orders when administering medication which resulted AV experiencing pain and discomfort. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
