- On or about March 14, 2021, the facility failed to follow Alleged Victim's (AV) doctor's orders when administering medication which resulted AV experiencing pain and discomfort. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
