Findings
The facility failed to respond timely to the Alleged Victim's (AV) call for assistance. Multiple times, AV had to wait in excess of 20 minutes for assistance, causing AV unreasonable discomfort. The facility failure to timely answer call lights is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
