Findings
On or about December 20, 2022, Alleged Victim’s (AV)’S sterling silver rosary was missing. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) (unknown) wrongfully took the sterling silver rosary belonging to AV, AP2 actions are a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from Financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
