- Findings
- On or about December 20, 2022, Alleged Victim’s (AV)’S sterling silver rosary was missing. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) (unknown) wrongfully took the sterling silver rosary belonging to AV, AP2 actions are a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from Financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
