Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure The Alleged Victim’s (AV) pain medications were available as ordered. The facility's failure resulted in AV's property being stolen, lost, borrowed or used without the resident's consent which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) allegedly financially exploited AV. An investigation inconclusively determined no licensing no licensing violation or abuse occurred.
