Findings
On or about November 8, 2024, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) engaged in a verbal altercation with the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 cussed at and called AV names during the altercation. AV was visibly upset by the altercation. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute verbal abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from verbal abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
