- Findings
- AP neglected AV as defined in OAR 4110200002 (1) (b)(A)(i) by failing to provide basic care to maintain the health and safety of the AV. W1 dropped AV while transferring h/h by h/h self when AV is a two person assist with gait belt, AV is non weight bearing. As a result of W1 dropping AV, s/h had significant bruising to the left hand and forearm with skin tear. AV had a broken left wist and left wrist sprain.
