Findings: Witness 1 (W1) had a known history of aggressive behavior. On or about September 12, 2019, W1 walked inside from the courtyard and smacked Alleged Victim (AV) on the back of the head while walking by. Later the same day, AV was walking out of his/her apartment and W1 slapped AV on his/her bottom which upset AV. The facility failed to careplan according to W1's known history of behavior, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00749 $500.00 fine assessed
