Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) and Witness 1 (W1) requires medication management and administration by the facility. On or about September 9, 2019, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2), administered one of W1's narcotic pain medications to AV. AP2 realized the mistake and took one of AV's narcotic pain medications, broke it in half and taped it to W1's bubble pack. It is unknown what happened to the other half of the pill. AP2 did not notify management of the incident. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide sufficient oversight and monitoring of the medication system which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
