Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) was care planned for complete assistance with dressing, incontinence care and being resistant to assistance. On or about October 12, 2019, AV was left in AV's chair and not changed into clean clothes for approximately eighteen hours putting AV at risk for serious harm. The facility failed to follow AV's care plan and failed to care plan appropriately regarding AV being resistant to assistance which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP20-00013 $1000.00 fine assessed
