Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with incontinence care two times during NOC shift and as needed when he/she calls. Documentation shows that AV was not being assisted as care planned and has woken up and sat in soiled breifs causing AV unreasonable discomfort and loss of personal dignity. The facility failed to provide incontinence care to meet AV's needs, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00388 $250.00 fine assessed
