- Findings
- According to documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) used physical force while providing care to the Alleged Victim (AV), causing him/her fear and unreasonable discomfort. AP2's actions are considered physical abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from physical abuse and did not respond to AV's room or implement intervention on AV's behalf, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
