Findings: The facility failed to provide necessary services after it was discovered the Alleged Victim (AV) had a head injury of unknown origin. AV was transported to the hospital approximately 4 days later for evaluation due to latent bruising to AV's head and neck, placing him or her at risk of harm. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00887 $250.00 fine assessed
